Caponong Personal Assistant
Caponong Personal Assistant is Michael Caponong's personal automation application, powered by Hermes Agent. It helps with email-based bill checks, due-date reminders, calendar organization, and personal productivity records.
This application is for the operator's personal use. It is not a public email service or an official Google or Microsoft product. This website provides information only; it does not provide access to the assistant, connected accounts, or their data.
What it does
- Reviews authorized email for bills, statements, due dates, and payment confirmations.
- Creates or updates calendar reminders when authorized, and delivers private summaries through the operator's messaging service.
- Uses authorized Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Contacts access for personal document, spreadsheet, and contact-related tasks.
- May draft or send email and organize messages only as authorized by the operator. Bill checking does not authorize payments.
Google account permissions
The current integration requests permission to read, send, and modify Gmail messages; manage calendar data; access and manage Drive files, Docs, and Sheets; and read contacts. Not every permission is used by every task. Only accounts whose owners grant access are connected.
AI processing and privacy
Task-relevant email, document, calendar, or other account content may be processed by configured external AI providers. Reports, selected context, and task results may be retained in the operator's private application storage and backups. See the privacy policy for details, including revocation and deletion.
